Nursery and Reception (EYFS)

The gate will be opened at 8.40am each morning. From there, children can be taken to their classrooms, where their teachers will be waiting for them. The gate will be closed at 8:55am. If your child arrives after this time, they must enter school via the School Office.

Lunchtime for Nursery is from 11.50am to 1pm and Reception is from 12pm to 1pm.

At the end of the day, Nursery children will be dismissed from their class door at 3.20pm and Reception children at 3.25pm.

Year One and Year 2 (Key Stage 1)

The gate will be opened at 8.40am each morning. Children may walk to their classrooms via the main playground, where a member of staff will be waiting to greet them.  The Key Stage 1 gate will be closed at 8:55am. If your child arrives after this time, they must enter school via the School Office.

Lunchtime for Year 1 is from 12.15pm to 1.15pm and for Year 2 is from 12.15pm to 1.15pm.

At the end of the day, Year 1 and Year 2 children will be dismissed from their classroom doors at 3.25pm.

Year Three, Four, Five and Six (Key Stage 2)

The gate will be opened at 8.40am each morning. Children will independently take themselves to their classrooms via their external classroom doors. Year 4 will use the door at the top of the ramp, where a member of staff will be waiting to greet them.  The gate will be closed at 8:55am. If your child arrives after this time, they must enter school via the School Office.

Lunchtime for Key Stage 2 is from 12.15pm to 1.15pm.

At the end of the day, Key Stage 2 children will be dismissed from the main playground at 3.25pm. In the event of bad weather, children in Year 3, Year 5 and Year 6 will be dismissed from their classroom doors, and Year 4 will be released from the door at the top of the ramp.

Our school ensures that pupils receive a total of 32.5 hours of education per week. This includes structured lessons, breaks and other educational activities designed to support their learning and development.
